Avoid Money Scams

I found the scambusters.org website more than just a little frustrating.  Although they posted some reasonable information, they certainly don’t seem to have a good feel for in depth coverage about scams as they claim.

In addition the advertising on the web site appears to be sponsored by scammers.  I am sure that this is basically the google adsense algorithm trying to figure out what to post, but it really put me off.

The layout was also a bit confusing.  I had a hard time finding my way around the site and couldn’t really get a feel for where I needed to go to find the pertinent information.

I guess I just have to recommend going elsewhere for scam information, and as far as debunking urban legends there is no better place than www.snopes.com.
