Staying Active
Staying active is not only a good idea to help keep yourself healthy, it can also help you keep your mind sharp. When you feel healthy it is easier to feel good about yourself. Having a positive outlook can often help you to avoid making poor decisions that can have a negative impact on your life.
Being active doesn’t mean that you need to engage in some new regimen of physical exercise. I am referring simply to getting outside of the normal routine of watching television or surfing the web endlessly. It doesn’t need to be anything terribly complicated. Talk to the neighbors. Take a walk in the park. Do what is necessary to get outside of yourself.
